      • Documents are completed and sent via email within 3 weeks of purchase and no later than 30 days, assuming timely submission of required client information.

    2. Refunds:

      • Refund requests within 7 days of purchase may be approved based on work completed, calculated at $99/hour.

      • No refunds will be provided after 7 days.

    3. Client Responsibilities:

      • Clients must provide accurate and timely information to avoid delays in service completion.

    Our Commitment

    • Process Start:

      • The process begins once the first payment is made, and the intake form is submitted.

    • E-Filing and Waiting Period:

      • After the second payment and electronic signatures, documents are e-filed with the court within 5 business days.

      • The 60-day waiting period begins upon court acceptance of the documents.

    • Timeline Expectations:

      • While most cases are finalized within 60–75 days, delays may occur for cases requiring service of process or involving other complexities. No guarantees are made regarding case finalization within 60 days.

  • Client Conduct and Termination Policy

    We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client engages in:

    • Abusive or disrespectful behavior, including threats or harassment.

    • Repeated failure to comply with policies or provide required information.

    Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of services with written notice.

      • Personal details (e.g., name, email, phone, address) for service fulfillment.

      • Payment details processed securely through third-party providers.

      • Usage data to improve our website and ads.
